Acquisition  of nationality for Spouse married to a Portuguese citizen.
 
 ATTENTION:
 Only possible, provided that the marriage has already completed 3 (three) years and has a child who already has Portuguese nationality transmitted directly by the parent.
 If you do not have children with your Portuguese parent, the marriage must have  completed at least 5 (five) years.

 We check whether the marriage relationship in Brazil proceeds, obtain the supporting documents, we prepare the entire process with the personal documents of the person who seeks its acquisition.
 
 - Installment 1/2 - to hire our services to prepare the requested process, we will send you an email or contact you for details of documents we will need.
 After confirming the payment, we will send you an email or by your WhatsApp for the details of necessary documents that we will need, and the following procedures.
 
 -   Installment 2/2 - to be charged within 30 days after the first installment, and on the date of dispatch of the order process by third parties (CORREIOS - DHL), for  a Conservatory in Portugal, and in this portion there will be a small correction (not very significant), the greater or lesser, in relation to the Euro quotation on the date of sending, referring to the Conservatory Fee.
 
 Deadline from 6 to 24  months for the conclusion of the Acquisition process of  Portuguese nationality to the Spouse, the date of filing at the Conservatória in Portugal must be considered, when you will receive in your email the process number and password to follow the process.
 
 In the period before the submission of the process, between 20 to 30 days will be dedicated to preparing the process and the documents that must be attached.
